What a week here looks like
Everything ships through the rails
Every change, from a person or an agent, lands as a reviewed pull request and deploys on merge. Nobody runs a production deploy by hand.
We write things down
Specs, decisions and runbooks live next to the code they describe, so people and agents start from the same context.
Agents are part of the team
Much of the work is designing the context, scopes and guardrails agents work within, and reviewing what they ship.
We use what we make
Our own products run the company. You will feel every rough edge first, and you will be the one who smooths it.
